What this site collects
Specialty Supply is an Idaho business. This website is an informational catalog for our detailing supply store and delivery routes. It collects personal information in exactly one place: the wholesale account application form.
When you submit that form we receive the business name, contact name, phone number, email address, business address, business type, and the notes you type in. The submission is emailed to [email protected] and kept as a submission record in the site database so we can follow up about your account. We use it to contact you about wholesale service and for our ordinary business records. We do not use it for advertising lists and we do not sell personal information.
Server logs and hosting
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard server access logs, which include IP addresses, pages requested, and browser information. We use these only for security and troubleshooting. The site is served through our hosting provider’s content delivery network.
Cookies
The public pages of this site do not set cookies for visitors. If you log in to the site’s administration area (staff only), WordPress sets its standard login cookies.
Analytics
This site does not run analytics or advertising trackers.
Social media content
The homepage shows recent posts from our own Instagram and Facebook accounts. Our server fetches and stores copies of those posts; your browser never connects to Meta to display them, and no visitor data is shared with Meta by this feature. Data connected to our Instagram and Facebook integration is limited to our own published posts. To request deletion of any data related to this integration, or of any personal information we hold about you, email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. This page serves as our data deletion instructions.
Reviews and maps
We display public Google reviews of our store, retrieved through the Featurable service by our server. Some pages embed a Google Map; when a page with an embedded map loads, your browser requests that map from Google, and Google’s own privacy policy applies to that request.
Data retention and your choices
Wholesale application records are kept for as long as needed to set up and serve your account, and for the business record-keeping the law expects of us. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: email [email protected]. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties except our email and hosting providers, who process it only to deliver the services described above.
Children
This site is a business-to-business catalog and is not directed at children.
Changes
If our practices change, this page changes with them, with a new effective date.
