What this site is
This website is an informational catalog. Product listings, pricing references, and availability statements are informational only and can change at any time. Purchases happen at our store and through wholesale accounts, not through this website. No content on this site is an offer that becomes a contract by reading or submitting a form.
Our website accessibility statement covers how this site is built for visitors who use assistive technology and how to tell us what is not working.
Wholesale applications
Submitting the wholesale application is a request for contact about opening an account. It does not create an account, a credit relationship, or any purchase obligation on either side.
Trademarks
Manufacturer names and logos shown on this site (Koch Chemie, Rupes, Tornador, and the rest of the brand wall) are trademarks of their respective owners. We show them as an authorized dealer describing the products we stock. No manufacturer sponsors or endorses this website.
Third-party links
Links to manufacturer sites, Google Maps, and social networks lead to services we do not control. We make no warranty about their content or practices.
No warranty on site content
We work to keep this site accurate, and product facts still change in the store: formulas get updated, lines get discontinued, prices move. The site is provided as is. For current stock and pricing, call +1 208-954-3267.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute about this website are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
